My online training brings personalized fitness right to your screen. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, my virtual sessions are tailored to your goals and abilities. With dedicated guidance, I prioritize safety, form, and delivering results you can see and feel. Join me to build a lasting foundation for a healthier, fitter you from the comfort of your own space.

How it works

Accountability, structured programming, and weekly check ins

  • A completely personalized program, taking into consideration your fitness level and your available equipment. 
  • You will complete a structured program for 4 weeks at a time before the exercises change. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the exercises to get better and stronger at them, and track your progression. You will push yourself to do more over these 4 weeks. 
  • Included are THREE workouts per week (home or gym). 
  • Within the app, you can send videos to me of yourself completing an exercise you may be unsure of or want feedback on. I will then give instructions on how to modify so you can complete the exercise safely and effectively. 
  • You can write me notes on your workouts that I can read and respond to. I will use this to modify exercises if necessary and to keep track of what you are completing so we successfully progress you to become stronger and more fit. 
  • Included are programmed exercises, sets, reps, tempo, and rest period 
  • A mandatory weekly (written) check in will be completed by the client by Sunday. You will answer questions to help me better understand how you’re doing within your program as well as your progress outside of your workouts. 
  • You will receive monthly newsletters the first Friday of every month. I will include a new recipe every week, share inspirational quotes, debunk common fitness myths, give cold hard facts on all things fitness and health, share personal thoughts on health and fitness, and more! 
  • Weekly communication: I will respond to check-ins every Monday. 
  • I will respond to questions, check-ins, or form check videos sent through the app within 24 hours. 
  •  My online training programs are a great option for self motivators who seek the structure and accountability of having a coach. It is for those eager to LEARN throughout the process. You will gain strength, confidence, and knowledge!
